    Question:
Does this article/situation relate to Limited occupation Holiday parks ie ‘Unprotected’ or Residential ie ‘Protected’ parks or both.

  2. Dennis says:

I believe this legislation is intended to give protection to residential Park Home tenants. The PCTA members have written to their MP’s asking them to support the legislation and where possible consider expanding it to cover holiday home sites where mobile homes are used.
If your holiday home is a chalet type on a lease then it will now be classed as a dwelling and as such protected by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. See the article on this site “Court Judgement”.
