The appeal of Chancellor Morritt’s judgement in the Phillips & Goddard v Francis case was adjourned due to a late intervention by the Secretary of State for Communities & Local Government.
The appeal will be now be heard over two days starting on the 13th or 14th October 2014.
How optimistic are you that the Phillips & Goddard v Francis Appeal will be heard mid October as scheduled?
Is our super organized government up to date with Court deadlines for witness statements / other documents this time around?
Good Luck. I am a leaseholder of three apartments in two developments and have had massive problems with the ‘use’ of our service charge money but have had very successful tribunal decisions. I just wish I could witness your case in the high court
The Appeal is to be heard in the Appeal Courts London you and any interested parties are welcome.
