   Hello – sorry to bother you but I’m hoping you might be willing to help me. I am not a tenant but was searching the web for information to support our struggle to get our rights sorted out with our lsndlord and found your site. I am very interested in reading the court case you mentioned (court judgement phillip-goddard v francis 03/03/2010) but the link isn’t working – can you give me any help/information?
